Origin: Multiple hybrid Agnus, Magnum, Premiant and unfinished breeding material, that has the origin of Saaz, Sladek, Northern Brewer and Fuggle. The variety name is given by the distinctive aroma of hop cones, which comfortably return to pleasant smell of beer.
Aroma: Aroma of cone has a high intensity. It is characterized by a higher proportion of spicy aromas and a lower proportion of hops aroma, citrus and fruit flavors.
Brewing use: Boomerang is a bitter variety, "dual purpose" for the first and second hopping. It is very suitable for special beers and cold hopping.
