Basic characteristics

Origin: German variety, obtained by crossing variety Northern Brewer and variety 63/5/27M.

Aroma: floral and slightly spicy.







Brewing use: Perle is variety with good profile of bitterness and aroma for second hopping. Mainly for type of beers: lager, weizen, ale, stout, porter.
